LTS Help Desk
Our help desk is ready to take your call when you need help 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday (off hour and weekend service available). We staff experts that will get to know your organization and your technology to create an extension of your business. Our team at Legend will become an extension of your organization.
Our workstation monitoring and maintenance plan will aid in keeping your staffs computers and laptops running in peak condition. We will proactively contact you if we detect a problem and work to correct issues promptly. Contact us to help if your application does not work properly or if you just have a technology question. Remote support services related to system maintenance are covered under the Legendary Maintenance and Support plan. Onsite services are charged on an hourly basis. LMS users have unlimited remote support with the LTS Help Desk.
